I am a firm believer that we should never go a day without living our passions.
That’s why the characters in my novels become our best friends and we turn the final pages of my books feeling empowered, overly caffeinated and on the search for your next adventure.
I grew up just outside of Rochester, NY where I have always had a lively imagination and a reach for the stars attitude.
When I was younger I wanted to be a pirate. Yes, you read that right. My family used to spend their summers vacationing in the Thousand Island where each year the town held a Pirate’s Weekend. That’s where my love of pirates began.
I also loved cheerleading and gymnastics. When my dreams of being a pirate and Olympic gymnast fell through, I turned to another love...writing.
I always had a knack for writing stories. I won prizes for my work as far back as second grade with a poem I wrote about my grandfather. I've started many novels throughout the years, but they were left unfinished. It wasn’t until a move from New York to North Carolina that I was inspired to tell a story that would change my career path forever.
Tear Stained Beaches was released in 2013 and the emotionally gripping novel would be the staple of what my self-publishing mantra would become-- strong, independent women with big dreams, searching for their place in the world.
I deliver that message in my follow up novels Holding on to Georgia, Behind the Strings, Slow Dancing on Main Street and my soon to be released London based romantic comedy, Falling in London.
As a creative, I have not only published multiple novels, but have appeared on TV shows like Nashville.
My weekly YouTube show, Coffee with Court, is all about inspiring others to dream big and believe in themselves because life is too short to wonder, “what if.”
